SPRINGTIME

Spring flowers make me feel growth

Guiding me to my homeland

Daffodils acid yellow in green meadows

Like they are made of papier-mache

Tulips, maroon and vermillion

Delicate petals opening

As shiny as peppers

Spring birds hanging on the tree in flower

Chirping birds

Morning song

I recline and laze

Spring lambs as pretty as a picture

Frisky and bright and breezy

A warm hammock for dozing off in the 100 percent sun

Gluten free sandwiches and cranberry juice

A picnic with Mum and Dad

A feeling full of taste in my heart
